These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
- Transit Time Domestically
In general,Delivery takes 6-8 business days from the time of shipping.
- Dispatch Time
Ready to dispatch orders are usually dispatched within 48-72 hours of payment verification. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
- Order confirmation & Shipping
We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products.
- Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
- Delivery Time Exceeded
We try and deliver our products within 7 to 10 working days. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
- Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
EXCHANGE & REFUND
What is the Exchange policy on Shakira the Label ?
As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer will be issued a credit note, in case the desired size of the product is not in stock.
Returns and exchange is entertained only in case of damage.(No exchange without parcel opening video (clearly showing the damage)) Pls contact us on email@example.com in case of any damage within 24 hours of receipt of parcel with the parcel opening video. In case of valid claim of damage, we will ship the replacement product.
If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
Once acknowledged by the STL team during next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. STL will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

1. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery
2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.
3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.
5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).
6. Store credit equalling the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro with a validity of 30 days from the date of receipt of store credit.
7. The cost of shipping to & from (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you.
Why my exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should check the size chart, read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
- 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- There are some items that are Made to order & measurement which are not eligible for returns & exchange.
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 9926878650 or write to us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
