These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Delivery Terms

  • Transit Time Domestically

In general,Delivery takes 6-8 business days from the time of shipping.

  • Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of payment verification. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except public holidays. In these  instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

  • Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

  • Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

  • Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in case an incorrect size or wrong piece is delivered to the customer.
  • If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no.  After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece.
  • If the product is eligible for exchange, you may write to us at support@shakirathelabel.com strictly within 48 hours of delivery to request exchange for exchange. 
  • Exchange/Return not accepted if size does not fit or Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should check the size chart, read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the size & product if needed.
  • 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • There are some items that are Made to order & measurement which are not eligible for returns & exchange.
  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of order. Please call us on +91 9926878650 or write to us at orders@shakirathelabel.com to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Cancellations By Shakira the Label

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
