Shipping Policy
Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the total cost before completing your purchase.
Processing & Dispatch Time
We take great care in preparing your orders to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience.

In-stock items are dispatched within 48–72 working hours after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces require 7–10 working days for production before dispatch, as they are specially handcrafted for you.
Our dispatch center operates Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 business days after dispatch. For remote or outlying locations, please allow up to 7–10 business days.
Once the shipment has been dispatched from our end and tracking details have been shared, the order cannot be cancelled.
For Urgent Orders:
If you have a specific deadline or need your order urgently, please contact us via WhatsApp or email at support@shakirathelabel.com before placing your order to confirm the possibility of expedited processing.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive an order confirmation email upon purchase. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared for real-time delivery updates.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us before the order is dispatched. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
Exchange & Store Credit Policy
As a brand committed to ethical, small-batch production, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we’re happy to assist with size exchanges or provide a store credit if your desired size is unavailable, subject to the terms below.
Requesting an Exchange
Please write to us at orders@shakirathelabel.com within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Our team will respond within one working day.
Please note: Plus-size garments (3XL and above) are made-to-order and not eligible for exchange or return due to their custom nature.
How to Ship Back

Currently, we do not offer reverse pickup. Kindly ship the product back to us on your own.

Please retain the courier receipt with tracking and acknowledgment of contents.

Shipping charges (both ways) are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit (valid for 90 days).

Store credit or exchanged item will be provided after we receive and verify the original product.
Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted pieces, we do not offer exchange on:

Products purchased during sale/discounts

Items bought using gift cards or discount coupons

Made-to-order/plus-size pieces

Kidswear & accessories

Items returned without prior email confirmation

Requests based on dislike of fabric, color tone, or feel
Note: 10–12% color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences. These are not considered valid reasons for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take utmost care in packing, but if your item arrives damaged:

Attach a parcel opening video clearly showing the damage.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
Cash on Delivery Orders:
You may cancel your COD order within 24 hours by emailing or calling us. Cancellations are not possible directly through the website.
Prepaid Orders:
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellations by Shakira The Label:
In rare cases of stock mismatch or quality check failures, we may cancel your order. If so, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative based on your preference.
Care Instructions
At Shakira The Label, many of our garments are handcrafted using delicate, artisanal materials. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your pieces:

For fabrics like silk, chiffon, Chinnon, and crape, please opt for professional dry cleaning or petrol wash only.

Do not machine wash to prevent color bleeding or damage to the fabric.

Slight variations in print, minor wax residue, or irregularities are hallmarks of handcrafted textile techniques — not defects.
These characteristics add soul and uniqueness to every piece.
